I wanted to highlight some of the upcoming events in and near Decatur for the holiday season. Just because it’s getting colder, doesn’t mean there’s nothing to do. As I learn of more events, I’ll pass the details on.
Candlelight Tour of the Homestead
This Saturday, November 10th take a trip back to 1860 at Rock Spring’s Homestead Prairie Farm. I’ve volunteered at Rock Springs several times and the volunteers who organize and give tours of the Homestead do a wonderful job dressed in their period clothing. Looks like we’re going to have great weather this year too!
